Esra Çevik was born in 1977 in Istanbul.After graduating from Boğaziçi University, he worked in the financial sector for a while.He has collected contemporary works of art for years.His interest in art and his desire to learn art directed Esra to establish the Ruzy Art Gallery.

Polina Somochkina (born in 1988 in Lviv, Ukraine) is an art consultant, artist, curator, and art restor and has a master's degree in art restoration.He is the founder of the International Artist's host program The Istanbul Artist Residence.It has implemented a series of cultural diplomacy projects in cooperation with the Consulate General of the Ukraine, Poland and the United Kingdom in Istanbul.In 2015, he was awarded the Gaude Polonia diploma by the Minister of Polish Culture.

Begüm Güney (born in 1987, Istanbul) is the founder of ‘Standart Istanbul.’ An independent curator with a background in visual communication design and culture and arts management, she continues her work under ‘Standart Istanbul’ in the areas of institutional culture and arts strategies, as well as collection management and development. She serves as the Founding Director of Bilgili Sanat, the art initiative of Bilgili Holding, and as the Collection Manager at Paribu. Between 2018 and 2022, she was the Program Director and Curator of Odeabank’s art platform O’art. In addition, she was the Project Coordinator for the Mardin Biennial from 2020 to 2022. In 2021, Güney completed her thesis, which examined the relationship between off-center biennials and local structures.

Seda Çelik, born in 1998 in Istanbul. She initially pursued her education in architecture, where she worked for a period before shifting her focus to Art Management, from which she later graduated. After completing her studies, she actively contributed to various fairs and projects. In addition to her collaborative efforts, she has independently curated and executed exhibition projects in Turkey and abroad.
