Odabaş believes that a significant passion or hobby outside of one’s profession is crucial for an artist, as these experiences fuel their creativity. For Odabaş, cinema has been a core part of his life since childhood, serving as a profound source of inspiration for his works. "Cinema is my greatest passion, and my art is born from this enthusiasm," he explains. He also emphasizes the importance of discipline and meticulousness in both his life and his artwork, qualities that are consistently reflected in his approach to creating surprising and detailed compositions. Born in Istanbul in 1980, Odabaş graduated from the Fine Arts Faculty of Marmara University, where he studied painting between 1998 and 2002. His works are featured in numerous prestigious collections, and he continues to produce his art from his private studio in Moda, Istanbul.
